    I don't think I've ever had sorrel but I see it in recipes. What is it like?

    like Mary, I've never had sorrel, but you look blessed with a healthy crop of it. happy eating!

    Mary and Dmarie, Sorrel tastes a bit like spinach but very lemony without the sourness and sharpness of a lemon. It's very very easy to grow in the ground or in containers.
