Chicago Bears Fan, thank you! I love the area where this picture was taken. It's so peaceful and beautiful.
Mary, No just a deer. I've seen him a few times and he is the biggest I've seen in the area, He looks very strong and graceful. And difficult to photograph, so I was thrilled.
OH what a beautiful sight! We also enjoy walking by the River near our home. It never ceases to amaze us; everyday we see something new or intriguing - thanks for sharing your walk with us.
Hi, here's the recipe you asked for over on Better Me, Better World; retrieved it from my recycle box! Can't lose my resolve to stop making things I can't seem to eat in moderation! No Bake Cookies: Combine 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup milk, 2 cups sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa, bring to full boil while stirring and boil for three minutes. Remove from heat; add 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 cup peanut butter, 3 cups whole oats. Quickly scoop desired size cookies onto waxed paper or silicone mats to cool. :)dmarie
Dmarie: Thank you so very much! Ah, come on, it can't be that bad... there is, like, whole oats in there. Very healthy these oats :):). I'm going to make them. For the children, of course.
WOW, this is a beautiful capture!
ReplyDeleteIs that an elk?
